As I was thinking over my goals for 2024, and simultaneously reading Bee Wilson’s The Secret of Cooking (from the library), I decided I would like to explore Korean food this year. It’s one of the few Asian cuisines that I’ve never attempted to cook, and have only eaten a handful of times, although I’ve lived in San Francisco, Seattle, Boston, etc. I’d love to have you as a guide, Andrew!
